Refund policy


Returns & Exchanges Eligibility


We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible, items must be:


  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact


Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Exchanges & Store Credit

 

At this time, returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only.


Store credit is issued through our Glory Rewards program and is linked to the email address used at checkout.


Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases.


Exchanges are subject to product availability.


 

 

Refunds


Refunds to the original payment method are only issued in the following cases:

 


  • The item received is defective
  • The incorrect item was sent by GOD’S GLORY™

 

Refunds will not be issued for reasons related to fit, preference, or delayed delivery timelines disclosed at purchase.


 

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Original shipping fees (including free shipping promotions) are non-refundable.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GOD’S GLORY™ is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Final Sale Items


The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:


  • Hats and headwear
  • Accessories
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Pre-order or made-to-order items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

 

Due to hygiene and quality standards, these items cannot be accepted once purchased.

 

 

In-Person Event Purchases


All purchases made at in-person events are final sale.


Items displayed at events are for viewing and reference only. Display samples are not sold. All purchased items are provided as new, unused inventory.



 

Extended Processing or Shipping Items


If an item has an extended processing or shipping timeline, this information will be clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.


Extended timelines do not qualify an item for return, exchange, or refund.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
